Hi, I am Dr.(Hon.)Renuka Iyer, a vivid artist with an exceptional eye for detail, authenticity and creativity from Bangalore, born in Chennai and schooling through KV across India as my  father was in Airforce

Drawing & painting is my birth gift. I started my painting journey at the age of 5 & excelled my self at the age of 18. I started and skilled at working with water colors, poster colors, color pencils, graphite pencils, oil colors, acrylic paints & inks.

The exposure to diverse cultures and art forms enhanced my curiosity in the field of art and its forms such as Traditional, Folk, Tribal, Contemporary, Fusion, Abstract & mandalas.

Being strongly connected with nature, this inspires me unconditionally to creat different forms of painting & Art works.

I completed Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from Shantanu Chitra Vidyalaya

I got trained for Mysore traditional painting under the great Subramanyam Raju, one of the renowned artist of Mysore Palace from Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath,

Ganjifa Miniature painting from the renowned Raghupathy Bhatt, National award winner from Crafts Council of Karnataka.

Participated in many online exhibitions & offline exhibitions & got recognised as an eminent artist, gained lots of appreciations and awards.

Now I’m specialising in Traditional, Folk & Tribal art and its rich history

My focus is to gain more Recognition as an artist representing India’s Rich Art Culture by spreading it all over the world.
